We’re thrilled to announce that The Petersham Restaurant’s very own award-winning head chef Adebola Adeshina will be cooking up a storm at the Chef’s Theatre at 4.00pm, Sunday 28th May.
There he will be showcasing some of his signature skills and will be demoing a new dish from The Petersham Restaurant’s menu – pan fried Cornish John Dory! Ade will demonstrate how it is cooked and served with pea purée, caramelized endive, shrimp curry and raisin vinaigrette.
