Such as our Smoked Salmon Carved from the Trolley, accompanied by capers, shallots, dill, and brown bread. This refined starter has been a guest favourite for many years and truly allows fresh ingredients to shine. For a main course, our Dover Sole with sautéed spinach, ratte potatoes, brown shrimp, lilliput capers, and beurre noisette embodies the fresh, bold flavours of the season, as well as showcasing traditional flavours beloved by all.
